These bands fit comfortably around the upper or lower legs for resistive hip and knee movements though all planes of motion. Each band is also lightweight for easy packing and training on-the-go. Each band is made from high quality natural rubber and is 15" long and 4" wide with a closed-loop band. Comes in 3 color-coded resistances: light (green), medium (red), and heavy (blue).
